How Xayr started.

I’ve always been obsessed with perfumes.
But I never imagined that one day I would build a perfume brand of my own.
It all started with a visit to a perfume store. I was genuinely astonished to see more than 1,100 fragrances under one roof. I remember thinking — how do they make all of these? What actually goes into a perfume?
That one question turned into curiosity.
Curiosity turned into research.
And research turned into a complete obsession.

I started learning about perfumery, took courses, studied fragrance compositions, raw materials and concentrations, and then travelled to Dubai to explore the industry firsthand.
I visited different companies, met people in the fragrance industry, tested countless samples and spent months trying to understand what makes a perfume truly good.
Eventually, I decided to take the biggest step — build something of my own.
I invested around ₹10–12 lakh into research, development, fragrances, materials and packaging, with one simple idea in mind:

Why should smelling good have to be expensive?
I wanted to create fragrances that people could actually enjoy without paying 4 or 5 times what they needed to.
Not cheap perfumes.
Good perfumes at a fair price.
Because fragrance shouldn’t be something only a few people get to enjoy.
It should be for everyone.
That belief became the foundation of Xayr.
And honestly, this is just the beginning.

We’re here to make people smell good.
